You and your colorist will determine the perfect shade, depth, and color scheme, to create your personalized formula. Color prices start at a reasonable $50, which includes 5 oz of color. To cover our costs every additional 1 oz of color will be an additional $10. Additional techniques, i.e. highlights, ombre, will be priced accodingly
Quarter Foil Highlights $45/up: Perfect if you want to create some face framing highlights, or if you want just some peek-a-boo color.
Partial Foil Highlights $75/up: Weather you want to see more dimension in your hair, or you want to look more sun kissed, from baby blonde to rich chocolates and caramels, it’s a must have for most leading ladies. Partials are best suited for someone with little to no layers, or someone who wishes to create dimensional color in select areas of the head, or in between Full Foils.
Full Foil Highlights $100/up: Do you want a dramatic change? Or are you maintaining your already born with it ever so mulch-dimensional color (don’t worry it’s our little secret!) Foiling techniques are used to create dimensional color through the entire head perfect for a dramatic change of overall color.
Balayage Highlights $125/up: is a French freehand highlighting technique where the colour is applied by hand rather than using the traditional foiling or cap highlighting techniques. The it look for fashionistas, think Sarah Jessica Parker, Lily Aldridge, Gisele Bundchen, Lauren Conrad, Julia Roberts…It’s perfect if you don’t always want to be in the salon to touch up your roots, as you never have a solid demarcation line or regrowth, so if you can’t come in to get it done for another month it won’t look atrocious. Make sure to ask for our Balayage expert.
Ombre $85/up: Ombre can come in various shades and intensities. You may want to to look like you’re a professional surfer who is perfectly sunkissed from years on the beach, or like one of the several Kardashian girls, or one of the several kaleidoscope of cotton candy colors. Depending on your starting and end point, your colorist will determine the best application method, which will determine your price point.

Jessica the lead stylist at Boulevard Salon found her love for hair and fashion living in the bay area, San Jose Caifornia. She honed her skills at 1258 Hair Studio in Palo Alto. She paid her dues assisting for just over one year under Sammy Zelcer, the owner and Vidal Sassoon trained Master Stylist.
It was during that time she learned just how valuable the intensive training that Vidal Sassoon Academy provides can be. She earned her own certifications from Sassoon Academy in Color as well as Cutting in 2009. Jessica’s true passion is hair design, during the consultation she is all business examining the shape of the clients face and the qualities of the hair all while listening to every detail of the customer’s needs. Vera Chamberlin comes to us straight from the East Coast. With 13 years experience, she began her training with British techniques at Graham Webb Academy, and within only a couple of years developed quite a name for herself as the stylist to see for fashionable looks in conservative Washington,DC. She began a dual residency in Miami Beach, working as a consultant with modeling agencies, creating new looks by giving the new fresh faced models makeovers that would help further their career. Styling for photo shoots, test shoots, and fashion shows in Miami opened up doors in New York City, where she moved to in 2008. In addition to working on fashion shoots in Manhattan, she secured a highly sought out position at the illustrious Frederic Fekkai Salon in Soho, then worked her way up to the 5th Ave Salon. At Frederic Fekkai she trained and specialized in various french techniques including Balayage, and Ombre, under the supervision of some of the greatest in the industry including Hubert and Reyad Freitas. After a few years in NYC she went back to DC, working together with Michelle Obama’s stylist, Johnny Wright, as his go to colorist. She also had the pleasure of working at the highly awarded “it salon” Immortal Beloved, known for catering towards high end clients and hipsters alike. She has also been an educator for L’Oreal, Kerastase Paris, and Shu Uemura. Also a certified curl care consultant, with Devachan. Wether you are a fashionista or a victim of a lifelong case of bad hair or just guy looking for a well crafted cut, Vera takes her time to create something aesthetically pleasing that will be well suited for your lifestyle and haircare proficiency.
Malia is a newcomer to Las Vegas from St. Louis, Missouri and brings with her a lot of creativity and style. A native of Hawaii, Malia was an Air Force brat who’s family moved to Illinois when she was a teenager. She found her love for hair and makeup in high school while helping with theater productions as a makeup artist. She received her training from Paul Mitchell The School St. Louis in 2010, and has since worked in every aspect of the industry, from Lead Stylist, Master Makeup artist, and Benefit Arch Expert. Malia has also worked as a freelance makeup artist for Fashion and Runway Shows. She is “the girl with the pink hair” who promises that you may walk in drab, but you’ll walk out fab!
“Mary K”, as we have come to call her, is a very experienced stylist originally from Chicago. She received her training under premier stylist Mario Triccoci of Chicago IL. Earning her first license there, she worked her way up from stylist to eventually owning the salon which she had worked in for many years. She raised three children all while maintaining a successful business before selling her salon and moving to Las Vegas 10 years ago. Mary K is exactly the kind of seasoned stylist that people look for in a salon. We are so happy to have her 30 plus years of experience here at Boulevard Salon & Gallery. She really enjoys her work, from being one on one with a salon guest, to being able to design fabulous styles for any of your special events. Mary K is a master of backcombing and styling with rollers which is becoming a lost art , and with so many years in the business you can feel completely safe trusting her with making your Hair color come out looking fantastic.
